We will be happy to process EXCHANGES ONLY for all unworn and unaltered items.  No refunds are given for any items.

You MUST ship the EXCHANGE item back to us within 3 days of delivery. NO exceptions.  All other packages are subject to refusal and may be shipped back to you.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

PROCESS EXCHANGES:

If you wish to return/exchange an item for any reason simply purchase a new one and return the one you wish to exchange for.  Store credit will be issued for any/all remaining balances. Do not ship your item with a note to exchange it, because the item you want might be sold out or not available. 

We will email you within 1-2 business days once the item is received and inspected in our warehouse so that you may choose your new exchange item.  Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the new item to ship.
